Lets continue the celebration of National School Breakfast Week with some fun facts. Did you know that our bagels we use are made in Dryden NY? Bagelovers bagels have become a fan favorite this year. We also proudly serve fresh fruit and fruit infused water everyday in replace of high sugar juice and canned fruits. School breakfast is an important energy source for kids across New York State and the nation. This #NationalSchoolBreakfastWeek, we’re making sure kids start each day with the fuel they need to succeed. #SchoolBreakfastNY

It's National School Breakfast Week!

With that being said, we are very excited to announce that the Groton Central School District Athletic Department has partnered with FinalForms, an online forms and data management service. FinalForms allows you to sign up your child for a sport and complete and sign athletic participation forms for your students. The most exciting news is that FinalForms saves data from season-to-season and year-to-year, meaning that you will never need to enter the same information twice! FinalForms also pre-populates information wherever possible, for each of your students, saving you time from season to season and year to year.
You may review your data at any time to verify it is current. You will be required to sign your forms electronically once per year/season and after any update.
Click on the link below to get started in FinalForms. If you require any support during the process, scroll to the bottom of the page and click “Get Help”. Additional assistance is available by contacting the Athletic Office at (607)898-4550 or email Tracy Cooper (athletic secretary) at tcooper@grotoncs.org.
We are asking the parents/guardians of all students planning to play sports to create accounts in FinalForms, register your student(s) and fill out all the forms listed.
Please register at: https://grotoncentral-ny.finalforms.com/ and follow the prompts to create your account, add your students (STUDENTS EMAIL ADDRESSES ARE NOT REQUIRED), and sign your forms.
Thank you for your assistance in streamlining our processes at the Groton Central School District.
