We are so excited to welcome your family to Groton Elementary School!
To help your child feel at home before the first day, we invite you to our UPK Orientation Night on Thursday, August 20, from 5:30 to 6:45 PM at the Groton Elementary School.
This is a special, intentionally intimate evening. You'll meet your child's teacher, explore the classroom in a small-group setting, and learn about daily routines, drop-off and pick-up, and everything that makes for a smooth start. We've designed the night to be calm and personal, so your child can take it all in without feeling overwhelmed.
To keep that warm, focused atmosphere, we kindly ask that each child attend with just their caregivers from their immediate household. We won't have staff available to supervise siblings or other children that evening, so we ask that families keep the group small. This helps every child and teacher connect meaningfully. We're grateful for your understanding.
We can't wait to meet you and begin this journey together!
As always, please feel free to contact Groton Elementary School at (607) 898-5853 with any questions you may have.
We hope you are all enjoying your summer!
Congrats to the Jr./Sr. High School High Honor Roll and Honor Roll Recipients for the 4th Quarter!
