Groton Youth Services, in partnership with Cornell Cooperative Extension of Tompkins County, is offering two fantastic after-school programs this spring!
📍 Rooted Friends (Thursdays at Groton Elementary School)
🌿 Learn how to garden while making new friends! Students will plant in pots, explore how plants impact the world, and conduct fun experiments like flower dissections.
🗓 Dates: March 20, 27 | April 3, 10, 24 | May 8, 15, 22
⏰ Time: 3:00 - 5:30 PM
📍 Science Mavericks (Mondays at Groton Library)
🧪 Dive into hands-on science fun! Students will create baking soda rockets, fruit batteries, and more through interactive experiments.

Did you know that breakfast is FREE for all students at Groton Central School? All of our breakfast entrees are scratch cooked using as many fresh and local ingredients as possible.
