Groton Spring Sports Physicals

Varsity spring sports start Monday, March 17th, Modified track & field starts Monday, March 24th and modified baseball and softball starts Monday, March 31st. With that being said, we are very excited to announce that the Groton Central School District Athletic Department has partnered with FinalForms, an online forms and data management service. FinalForms allows you to sign up your child for a sport and complete and sign athletic participation forms for your students. The most exciting news is that FinalForms saves data from season-to-season and year-to-year, meaning that you will never need to enter the same information twice! FinalForms also pre-populates information wherever possible, for each of your students, saving you time from season to season and year to year. You may review your data at any time to verify it is current. You will be required to sign your forms electronically once per year/season and after any update. Click on the link below to get started in FinalForms. If you require any support during the process, scroll to the bottom of the page and click “Get Help”. Additional assistance is available by contacting the Athletic Office at (607)898-4550 or email Tracy Cooper (athletic secretary) at tcooper@grotoncs.org. We are asking the parents/guardians of all students planning to play sports to create accounts in FinalForms, register your student(s) and fill out all the forms listed. Phoebe is one of ESPN Ithaca's Athlete's of the Week! Section IV Champ and headed to States. Last week was a historic one for our Fueling Excellence Athlete of the Week! Phoebe Bishop became just the third 7th grade wrestler to win a sectional title, doing so at the 94-pound weight class.
