Phoebe is one of ESPN Ithaca's Athlete's of the Week! Section IV Champ and headed to States.
Last week was a historic one for our Fueling Excellence Athlete of the Week! Phoebe Bishop became just the third 7th grade wrestler to win a sectional title, doing so at the 94-pound weight class.
